Shipping Policy
Same-business-day fulfillment standards, business-hour handling, address-dependent delivery timing, and shipment responsibilities.
Business hours and fulfillment window
AssayGradepeptides operates Monday through Friday on an eight-hour business schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time. Our U.S. office is located in New York, and our laboratory and production operations are based in the United States. Orders and procurement inquiries confirmed during this operating window are prepared for same-business-day dispatch whenever inventory, documentation review, payment confirmation, and carrier acceptance permit.
Requests received outside business hours, on weekends, or on recognized carrier holidays are reviewed on the next business day.
Same-day dispatch
Our fulfillment workflow is built for same-day handoff from available batch inventory. Same-day dispatch means the order is prepared, packed, labeled, and tendered or scheduled for carrier movement during the applicable business day.
Same-day dispatch is not the same as same-day delivery. Transit time depends on the delivery address, selected carrier service, carrier network conditions, weather, compliance screening, routing, and local delivery performance.
Delivery timing
Estimated delivery windows are provided for planning purposes and may vary by destination. Urban, remote, restricted, or high-volume delivery areas may require additional transit time.
If a shipment cannot move within the stated fulfillment expectation, AssayGradepeptides will communicate with the buyer and provide appropriate next steps, which may include revised timing or cancellation where required by applicable order-delivery rules.
Shipping address accuracy
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, reachable contact information, and any required delivery instructions before dispatch.
AssayGradepeptides is not responsible for delays or delivery exceptions caused by incomplete addresses, inaccessible locations, incorrect recipient details, refusal of delivery, carrier holds, or regulatory restrictions at the destination.
Handling and receiving
Research materials should be received promptly and handled according to the packaging information, product-specific documentation, and internal laboratory procedures. Lot-level materials should be inspected upon receipt for package condition and documentation consistency.
Any shipping issue should be reported as soon as possible with the order reference, tracking information, delivery photos where applicable, and a description of the concern.
