Why AssayGradepeptides does not accept returns for peptide and research-material procurement after dispatch.

No returns after dispatch

Due to the specialized nature of peptide and research-material procurement, AssayGradepeptides does not accept returns after an order has been dispatched. All shipped research materials are treated as final sale.

This no-return policy exists to protect chain-of-custody integrity, temperature and handling controls, contamination prevention, lot traceability, and the reliability of batch documentation. Once a research material leaves controlled fulfillment, AssayGradepeptides cannot verify post-dispatch storage, handling, exposure, tamper status, or custody conditions.

Research-material integrity

Peptide and laboratory research materials require controlled handling expectations. Returned material cannot be reintroduced into inventory or supplied to another buyer because doing so would compromise quality assurance, traceability, and research-use-only compliance safeguards.

For this reason, buyer preference changes, protocol changes, duplicate orders, institutional approval issues, or incorrect product selection after dispatch are not eligible for return.

Pre-dispatch review

Buyers should review product identity, vial option, batch availability, documentation needs, shipping details, and research suitability before confirming procurement. Contact us before dispatch if you need clarification about a product or order detail.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once tendered to a carrier or otherwise released for shipment, the order is no longer returnable.

Shipping exceptions and order issues

A no-return policy does not waive any non-waivable rights under applicable law. If there is a fulfillment error, damaged package, missing item, or documented shipment exception, contact AssayGradepeptides promptly with order details and supporting evidence so the matter can be reviewed.

Resolution, when appropriate, may depend on the specific facts, product status, carrier records, photographic evidence, and whether the material remains sealed and traceable.
